PERSONAL TRAINING OVERALL POLICY

REQUIRED prior to making an appointment

  • Please upload a picture of your ID with at least your NAME and PHOTO visible.. must match the card on file... school IDs will be accepted!
  • Late FEE!! I understand life happens, so please at least let me know if you will be late / there is a 15-minute grace period.. after that your appt will be canceled
  • No Call / No Show !! We can further discuss this depending on your circumstance but the result will be you will be prohibited from booking with me in the future.
  • Cancellations / Rescheduling must be made 24 HOURS in advance if you need to cancel/move your appointment to a different say
  • Payment is due at 11:59 pm the Sunday before the start of your first session (trial session will happen before)

NO REFUNDS unfortunately

  • I have the right to discontinue/refuse training if I feel like my safety is at risk

THERE IS AN OPTION FOR ME TO TRAVEL TO YOU IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30-MINS AWAY FOR AN *ADDITIONAL* FEE THAT CAN BE DISCUSSED
